キアワ島はチャールストンの歴史的な街の約20マイル南に位置するバリア島です。 キアワーには、10マイルの自然のままのビーチと有名なオーシャンコースを含む5つの世界クラスのゴルフコースがあります。 島はまた、30マイル以上の舗装されたレジャーコース、テニス、そして家族の活動の多くを提供しています。

フロントポーチの快適なロッキングチェアの1つで、朝のコーヒーをお楽しみください。 午後は広々とした設備の整ったバックポーチで、スクリーンインエリアもあります。 家族全員が温水スイミングプール（10月末まで4月）を利用することができます。ビーチで一日を過ごす場合は、徒歩で13分、または自転車で7分です。 あなたは戻ってくるときに屋外のシャワーで砂を洗い流すことができます！

1階にはマスタースイート（キングサイズベッド）、ジャグジータブと独立したガラスシャワー付きの専用バスが備わっています。 1階には専用バスルーム付きのベッドルーム（クイーンサイズベッド）もあります。 2階の玄関と階段の上に移動すると、2つのベッドルーム（クイーンサイズベッド、2つのダブルサイズベッド）があり、それぞれに専用バスルームとプールを見渡せる専用バルコニーがあります。

エンターテイメントに興味がある場合、4つのベッドルームにはケーブルテレビがあり、マスターにはVCRもあります。 2階建てのすばらしい部屋には、DVD / VCR、ステレオ、CDチェンジャー、下段のサラウンド・サウンドを備えたケーブルテレビがあり、リア・デッキ用のスピーカーが付いています。 オープンフロアプランは、全体を通して安定した流れを提供し、あなたが住んでいる家のどの部屋にもかかわらず、簡単に交流できます。 10名のダイニングルームのテーブルで、家族と一緒に座って夕食をとりましょう。

Mathew was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our family vacation. I appreciated the proactive and thorough communication from Mathew throughout the entire process. The property felt very private, especially around the pool which was surrounded by lots of trees & palms. The pool was nice and the seating in the dining room and living room was plentiful for our group of 7 guests. Easy 3/4 mile bike ride to the beach down a shaded bike trail. Would stay here again. (Mattresses could be firmer).

We really enjoyed our time at this home. It was as clean as it appeared online and the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms were well appointed. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had before and during our stay. Their proactive communication made the check-in process easy. The pool and deck areas had both sun and shade which allowed our whole family to enjoy the outdoor spaces. When the outdoor temps got to be too much there was a big TV and plenty of comfortable seating to be had in the family room. If you needed a book, there was a large supply to choose from.I had the feeling that if walls could talk, this home would have endless stories about the family vacations it has hosted over the years.

I had an amazing stay! the house, views & space was so beautiful. The pool wasn't always heated & the stove burners didn't work all the way but neither stopped us from enjoying this charming home. It was comfortable & so homey I didn't want to leave!! I will reach out for my next trip!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Kiawah. It was well appointed, close to the beach, great pool, and nice bar area/screened in porch. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful July 4th Trip

Great property! Home is exactly as posted, fantastic pool and location. Kiawah is still a special place, even with the new developments and increased traffic.

We started spending spring breaks with our family in 1992 and just fell in love with the Island. We bought our lot in 1997 and decided to build our dream vacation home in 2001. It's created so many family memories for Kathy and I as well as for our 3 children and now 7 grand children that can never be replaced.

We built the home knowing we would be doing vacation rental with it. We wanted to make sure that each bedroom had their own bathroom to offer privacy for our guests. The wide open and spacious living area allows for guests to spend time comfortably together if desired or find your own little area for some quiet time on one of the porches. It's hard to beat having your own private pool.

The pool area is very secluded and offers plenty of sun most of the year. Even in cooler weather it remains comfortable for sunning being so protected from the wind. The pool is very kid friendly with steps and seating in the shallow end.
