The property spans three levels and features some incredible spaces. Upstairs features a stunning living space and a window seat, and you will be amazed at the view of the water and beautiful surroundings. A wood heater, perfect for those chilly days, Smart TV and split system heating & air conditioning. A fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room that leads out onto a large deck area with an outdoor couch and BBQ, a perfect area to enjoy quiet evenings.
Upstairs, there are also two bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans.

The ground level features another ample living space, perfect for those who require additional room. It features a smart TV, Heating, and Air Conditioning.
