Welcome to your perfect holiday escape! This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom retreat offers all the comforts of home, with the bonus of access to a sparkling pool, communal laundry, and a relaxing garden seating area. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this space is ideal for couples, small families, or close friends looking for a peaceful retreat.

Bedroom 1: Features a spacious wardrobe for hanging clothes, a bedside lamp, a cosy queen bed with full linen provided, and a comfy chair perfect for relaxing with a book.

Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, with a bedside lamp for added convenience.

Kitchen: Equipped with coffee, tea, and sugar, a coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, benchtop hotplate, and an air fryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy seating in the garden with access to a communal pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

The place was very clean. Easy access and plenty of parking. Within walking distance to shops, hotels and the beach. Overall great experience and would definitely rebook for next holiday at Victor Harbour.

A very disappointing stay as the unit had a very musty smell, was not clean, mouldy carpet, wardrobes smelt, no aircon remote for bedroom, fan in bathroom worked only very occasionally and no window, towel rail loose, no maintenance book to complete as requested by host, strange shower set up. We had to clean the exhaust fan and the window sills and under the bed ourselves. Also there were things stored in the 2nd bedroom with no wardrobe space. Good location and comfy bed though. We had

When you called us at the time of check-in, you advised that the property was clean, though you noted an unusual odour. Our cleaners had attended the property on the morning of your arrival and did not report any concerns regarding cleanliness or smell. Additionally, we have not received any previous feedback of this nature, and the property has consistently been a popular choice among guests. That said, we take all feedback seriously. We have followed up on the items you’ve mentioned, including the exhaust fan. We appreciate you highlighting the positives regarding the location and comfort of the bed, and we’ll use your comments to continue improving the guest experience.

The garden was very nice and pleasant to sit outside, inside the unit was very nice and well maintained,but I was not happy with the dust under the beds,v/blinds and air conditioning filter and fan in b/bathroom was thick with dust. Not good for my asthma!!! I had to clean them, had plenty of cleaning ads to do the job!

No towels or sheets

Great location, snug unit with everything you need for a stay except the bed linen and towels that were mentioned in the ad. We would have brought our own if we had known they weren't provided. We also found the exterior lights shining in the unit all night too bright. Otherwise great little unit.
