Greenhills Guesthouse - Victor Harbour.

Very spacious Guesthouse situation at the back of our property in its own open space. Private driveway access. The back paddock overlooks the outskirts of town where you can sit out on the deck with a cuppa or glass of wine, listen to the birds and watch the world go by.
Located on the edge of town and only a 2-minute drive to town center. We supply all linen to make your stay hassle free. You won't even need to go out for your caffeine hit with our coffee machine available with the push of a button.
Our newly built Guesthouse is light and airy throughout the living spaces and the bedrooms are cool and cozy.
Reverse cycle airconditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in Winter.

A lovely property, and it was exceptionally clean. It was so delightful to sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The ponies next door were an animal lovers dream. Had such a great break. Thank you.

Lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the entire place was very clean, modern and bright. Easy to find and in a lovely quiet location, just a short drive into town

Beautiful house. Clean. Well catered - tea coffee sheets towel. Even marshmallows to roast over the fire pit. Great location. Managed to have a visit from a kangaroo.

Lovely Clean and comfortable cottage.Great hot water, extremely clean and modern bathroom…nice decor throughout.Didn’t realise the amount of traffic passing on nearby road but was not an issue. Couldn’t hear it with the door closed.We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed Victor Harbour.

Peaceful, relaxing holiday house

House was very clean, on a large block, close to Victor but far enough away to be quiet. Everything we needed was provided. We had a great time.

A delightful getaway

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, and the house is very clean and tidy. Due to the location, it is also very peaceful and quiet. We were lucky enough to get to feed one of the neigh-bouring ponies. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Great base for family New Year's getaway

The Guest House was very comfortable and suited our family of 3.The miniature horses next door were a lovely surprise! There's no wifi but we didn’t really miss it. The Queen Bed is really high off the ground, so if you have mobility difficulty you might find it a little tricky. But it really was such a super comfortable bed!We were given our privacy completely by the hosts, but it was good to know they were right next door if we needed anything. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Apartment infrastructure needs maintenance; check-in process using 3rd party was disastrous

- Third-party check-in service rep. ("key ninja") went to the wrong place, and could not communicate in English; "key ninja" company did not respond to messages when we were trying to locate rep.;- Some taps in bathrooms were not attached and fell off;- Face plate ring on entrance door not attached;- Dishwasher door did not engage "door closed" switch to activate it and required intervention by guests to diagnose and adjust before it could be be used;- Coffee maker requires pods available at only one location in nearby area with restrictive hours; could not be used until the second day of the stay;- Utility table top not attached to its base and fell off, almost injuring one of the guests;- Broken chains on blinds;- Check-out process for guests with vehicles not smooth; needs improvement.

Hi Joseph, I appreciate your review, however I believe your review was meant for another property? The property is a new build. All bathroom taps are in perfect condition and not failing. The dishwasher works perfectly. We supplied you with complimentary pods. Then you came to our private residence (did not message) and asked for more pods, which we were happy to supply. The issue with check in came down to the fact that your phone was still connected to your home country and was not able to accept messages to Australia. It is necessary to get an Australian sim for this. If we were informed of any of your concerns during your stay we would have happily discussed and tried to rectify. We brough down a bottle of wine to apologise for the check in issue (that was not 100% our fault) and you seemed very happy with the home. I'm sad this is your opinion of our place because we always try to please every guest.
