Living Spaces
Lofty ceilings with skylights and wood floors grace this comfortable 2,200 sf home.

The home is mostly single-level but with 1 step up from the the family room into the living room and 1 step up from the kitchen level to the primary bedroom.
Open-concept family/dining/kitchen space is a wonderful space for gathering family and friends and there is a separate formal living room.

The family room has a large L-shaped Sofa near the gas fireplace and WiFi-enabled TV with streaming options (guests should bring their own logins to their subscription platforms) and nearby is a wooden dining table with seating for the whole family to enjoy meals, chats and games.

The well-equipped kitchen is ready to help you put together some meals to share while you make memories together.

Outside, in the private, fenced back yard, you'll find seating options near a gas fire pit.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two of the bedrooms have Wi-Fi-enabled TVs with streaming options (guests should bring their own logins to their subscription platforms).
Bedroom #1 - Primary bedroom suite with King bed, en suite bath with standing shower.

Please note that there is a private ADU /guest house on the property, where the Homeowner resides. The entrances and yards are separate from one another and your privacy will be assured.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are welcome.
