台所の花崗岩のカウンタートップの片側にバースツールが並び、朝食���ランチ、スナックに便利です。木製のダイニングルームのテーブルには6人掛けがあります。

キッチンには、新しいステンレス製の電化製品と石造りのタイルのしぶきがあり、ガスレンジとオーブン、電子レンジと対流式オーブンがあり、家族の食事を簡単に楽しめます。 隣接する洗濯室には洗濯機と乾燥機があります。

2階のスイートへと続く階段は、広々としたマスターベッドルームに屋外席のある専���バルコニーがあり、朝の一杯のコーヒーや深夜のグラスワインを楽しみながらモントレーベイを眺めるのに最適です。 青と白のベッドカバー、38インチのフラットスクリーンHDTV、2つの隣接する布張りの椅子が備わるキングサイズの真鍮製ベッドがベッドルームを際立たせています。

2階の巨大なウォークインクローゼットには、ゴルフバッグやそ��他の装備品用のスペースがあります。 ブラシをかけられたニッケルハードウェアが付いている2つの流しは花こう岩のカウンタートップによって囲まれる。

1階の最初のベッドルームには赤、白、青のアクセントが強調され、クイーンベッドと28インチのフラットスクリーンHDTVが備わっています。 シャワー浴槽付きの隣接するバスルームには、白と茶色の色調のカスタムタイルが飾られています。つや消し���ニッケル製器具と花崗岩製のカウンタートップがシンクを囲んでいます。 もう1つのドアによって、このバスルームはリビングルームからアクセス可能になります。

1階の2階のベッドルームには、隣接するシャワー付きのバスルーム、2台のシングルベッド（フォームトッパー付き）、クイーンサイズの布団（1〜2人の子供用）が備わっています。

セ���ンドベッドルームとリビングルームのドアからは大きな屋外デッキが出ています。 ユニークな機能は大きなオークの木に設定されているパティオテーブルです。

Perfect house

The House was perfectly situated for our needs, including a well stocked kitchen, barbecue, WiFi, and cable TV. It was convenient to everything in Monterey and Pacific Grove. The only downsides would be a very small dishwasher and the need to use filtered water for drinking (Brita pitcher was included).

Three Cs...comfy, clean, convenient!

We loved staying at Seashore Retreat. First, the communication with Sanctuary Vacation Rentals was stellar! Upon arrival, we found some yummy snacks, wine, and a beautiful home. This immaculate property has a great floor plan for multiple guests. The beds and furniture are so comfortable! We especially enjoyed hanging out on the big sofa next to a warm fire. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to make meals. Finally, the home is very conveniently located. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this property.

This was a great space for us — big enough that we could spread out but open enough that we could all hang out together. Beautiful property.

This property was lovely, perfect location in Pacific Grove and very well equipped. The only issues were the Tv not working in the downstairs not bedroom and we couldn't seem to get hot water out of the shower in the bigger downstairs bedroom. Other than that I couldn't fault a thing, I would stay again.

Great House in a great location!

We were 6 women traveling to enjoy the area. This house is well equipped for visitors! Three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable shared spaces and VERY attentive house manager! We were there during the storm and lost power- but they were very helpful and on top of it. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is that the third bedroom would be great for kids - uncomfortable beds and a bit stuffy for adults. But the other two rooms are beautiful and ample. Everything is quality here - towels, dishes, furniture, information and location.

Perfect Beach Retreat!

3646 Seashore Retreat is a beautiful, comfortable property in a perfect location; walking distance to the beach in one direction and quaint shops/restaurants in the other direction. We held an early Family Thanksgiving here for our family and everything we needed to make a holiday meal was provided. The well-equipped kitchen even had double ovens. The beds were comfortable, the finishes high-end. One really special feature of the property is the large oak tree in the deck; so relaxing to sit outside under the tree, watch the birds play and enjoy a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back; but this time we will bring bikes for the beach-side bike path and we will stay longer! We would highly recommend this property to anyone who loves being near the beach and appreciates all the extra touches the owners have put in this lovely property.

But the charm, friendliness and beauty bring us back every few years. Seashore Retreat is a perfect location on a quiet street 2 blocks from the beach and town. The house is clean, comfortable and dog friendly. We could not ask for more! Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is by far the best agency is outstanding in its attention to detail in all phases of our contract.

I need to be there for a month for the marriage of my daughter locally and for all the relatives to have a nice homey stay in a beautiful home with a lovely bed and bath set up. The house was immaculate, homey without being “precious)”. The magnificent oak is a wonder to behold! I saw squirrels, gulls, crows, and the occasional neighborhood cat. The garage and off street parking were outstanding and a great unicorn for that part of town. I’d like to mention that the lovely lighthouse decor was so stepped up with the replicas of Pacific Grove’s own Point Pinos light house. Many great meals were made in the kitchen, and many walks and runs were made from the home. It was outstanding on so many levels. Thank you so much!

Not only is it brand new, but it has been decorated with very good taste, and with the guests in has everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable: bath robes, beach gear, a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for those who like to cook (as my husband), incl. espresso machine (and the basics for cooking and cleaning, which is good b/c you don't need to buy them), great beds and linens, and more. The location is excellent, only a couple of blocks from the sea, around 4 from the closest beach, and just one from the main street. It's also close to Canery Row, downtown Monterey, and the drive to Carmel and its surroundings is also close and lovely.We travel a lot and like to experience new places by living in houses; this one was one of the best we've ever been at. Customer service from Sanctuary Vacation Rentals was outstanding; you get all the instructions that you need, and Julie was readily available to help us out. Pacific Grove is a beautiful little town, impeccably maintained and with great old houses. We highly recommend Seashore Retreat!

Perfect location for a family vacation in Monterey

Well equipped and comfortable property. Check-in and check-out was so easy; never had to contact property manager during our entire stay. Nice that there was a full propane tank ready to go. I missed the part about them having a trash/recycling concierge service - meaning we didn't have to rush the cans out the to the curb at 5:30am when the trucks rumbled up the street. Good thing I was already awake! I guess the only suggestion would be to have the outside wood deck swept before tenants move in. Wasn't a big deal. Just a few leaves.... I noticed the admonition to avoid parking in front of other neighbors homes. Wasn't an issue for us - we had only 1 car which we parked in the garage or driveway. Seems like everyone else parked in front of the property - so it would have been an issue if we had more than 1 car. Nevertheless, a very nice time! Walked to bike rentals. Cute resturants just up the street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at Seashore Retreat during the month of February. Our stay here was not without incident. Unfortunately we lost power a few days after our arrival for four days. The staff at Sanctuary Rentals was unfailingly prompt, understanding and efficient at resolving all problems. They delivered battery operated candles, flashlights and sympathy. There were a few more times we called to let them know of missing or broken items in the kitchen and these issues were addressed promptly. We did encounter problems with people parking in front of the house (we did have a tiny driveway but never used it.) Management delivered orange cones for the front and this mostly solved the problem. The house was clean, well stocked and well maintained. Check in and check out was very simple It is well set up for many guests as there are private bathrooms for every bedroom. The dining table is large. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large with lots of storage. We appreciated the laundry room and the house is set up with paper products (toilet paper, etc) so we didn’t have to hurry out and shop immediately . The patio is very private and we had our coffee out there every morning. The home is equidistant between the ocean and downtown restaurants, shopping and even a cinema. It’s even only a mile walk to the Monterey Aquarium. We enjoyed whale watching, the redwood trees, Monterey Aquarium, hiking at Elkhorn Slough, driving down to Bixby Bridge and 17 mile drive and the butterfly sanctuary. We loved going to breakfast at LouLou’s Griddle in the Middle, Toasty’s, The Mission Ranch restaurant with its bucolic sheep pasture adjoining and so much more. There are numerous bakeries close by but Pavel’s Backerei is renowned. Unfortunately it was only open one day a week by the time we left. Somewhat Disappointing

Very roomy, master suite upstairs especially large and comfortable. The bonus room off the dining room, with access to the patio/deck, also large and convenient to use as an office and exercise area. But the cleanliness disappointed us - kitchen floor was sticky, the outside deck was dirty, especially the mats that are supposed to be used to wipe one's feet before going into the house. Sanctuary did come and re-do the floor on our first day there and take the mats to the cleaners. The television watching experience is uncomfortable. The sectional sofa is old and very, very soft. The TV is close to the sofa and high on the wall so that you are looking straight up to watch. The location of the home is very convenient to town and to Lover's Point and the bicycle/pedestrian path. And it's nice to have a garage to store one car and bicycles.

home away from home

Practically everything was well appointed, super comfortable, and worked great. I loved the communication style and privacy we were afforded, the decks, the dog friendliness, the comfy master bed... Fantastic place. The only thing that was off was a barstool that was loose/broken, but we set it aside as there were only 2 of us so it was no big deal. I'm sure they'll fix it.

Guest Chefs at Pebble Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very spacious, clean, and was presented well. However the descriptor states there was room for 8 guests. With 3 bedrooms there were 3 queens, 1 futon, and 1 spacious couch. I can see where 8 guests can fit, however having 8 individual beds was the mindset when making the reservation. We didn't know guests had to share the beds. Also in one AD we saw a photo of a pool table which we were very much interested in, however upon arrival we noticed there wasn't a pool table on site which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was still a nice property.
