Set over two levels, this accommodation features two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite, and the second bedroom has a split king bed.

The well-stocked kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Shared pool.
As a guest of Heliconia Grove 13, you have access to the complex's shared lagoon pool.

Large balcony.
A spacious balcony adds an extra living space. With a BBQ, outdoor setting and two sun lounges, it is an ideal place to enjoy the stunning Whitsundays' sunsets.

For babies and toddlers, there is a cot with linen provided, and a high chair.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
