The Starfish

Staying at the Starfish was awesome! We couldn’t be happier. Beautiful house with amazing views!! The host was amazing and answered all questions within minutes! Defiantly will book again.

Short Weekend To Recharge

Overall the property is nice for a short getaway. The waterfront view is unbeatable! Unit was clean and relatively new. Nice little neighborhood. During our stay it was peaceful. Communication with the host was good. Stephanie was very responsive. I did not read well and was surprised by the cash request for cleaning. Make sure to read the entire description. 150 for two night to clean seems a little much in hindsight.

Thanks for the kind review. We pride ourselves on providing a deep clean for every guest no matter how long or short a stay (ie.All washed floors, all bedding washed including comforters, sanitized bathroom, light switches and handles cleaned, every surfaced cleaned! We pay for what we get when it comes to a quality clean. However we understand your concerns and are running a summer special to reduce cleaning fees & appreciate all feedback from our guests! We hope you will return and find value in booking again with us.

We are Canadians and have been landlords and various Canadian and US cities last 24 years. We have owned properties in Key West, Cape Coral, Beach, and now beautiful Jensen Beach. Chris is a retired firefighter, and Samantha presently works as a financial planner with a major Canadian bank. We believe homes & properties need to be enjoyed and can make or break a vacation stay. We have travelled extensively and have had wonderful experiences. We take what we have learned and enjoy creating magical experiences for our renters and tenants.

Jensen Beach is a very friendly city, extremely safe city with live music in many of the restaurants and eateries downtown. It has an old Florida feel, and surf vibe. The beaches are expansive, natural white sandy shores and a short 7 minute drive from our vacation property. Hutchinson Island is connected to Jensen Beach by a causeway bridge. Indian River Lagoon is visible from our properties. We fell in love with the lush vegetation, laid-back vibe and water views of the area. Many snowbirds from the USA and Canada have discovered this hidden gem spending winters here, and yet not crowded like other commercialized, large cities.
