The Space:

Welcome to your perfect waterfront getaway! This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom suite is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy coastal living. Wake up to peaceful water views from your second-floor retreat, then head out to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and coffee spots—all just minutes away.



Inside your second floor unit, you’ll find a plush king bed, generous closet space, and large flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to feel at home, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer.



Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, dog park, waterfront seating, and dock slips. Bring your furry friend and settle into a stay you won’t want to end!



Please reach out for pricing for boat parking, dock fees, and onsite trailer parking.



Please note that this a smoke free building! No smoking is allowed within 25ft of the building! We have a very nice, designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.

This was one of my favorite properties that I have stayed at! It was very clean, bright and very comfortable. Loved siting outside or even looking out the window to see the water and boat traffic. Every person that I encountered was friendly. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that arise. I would highly recommend staying here.
