Open to long stay over the winter season! Enjoy the beauty of Sidney and the Saanich Peninsula at this brand new, well appointed, fully registered and licensed, equipped suite! Less than 5min walk to the beach and a quick 7 min drive to the airport and BC Ferries Swartz Bay terminal. Stroll into downtown Sidney in moments and enjoy an afternoon along the boardwalk!


Your gorgeous home away from home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area, complete with TV and streaming apps. Enjoy your days out exploring and rest easy on the brand new mattressses and high quality hotel linens. Bedrooms feature blackout blinds so you can snooze the morning away!

Very enjoyable stay. Walking distance to the water, shops and restaurants. This basement suite is compact and comfortable, perfect for one or two people.

This suite was very close to all the amenities in Sidney by the Sea. Plenty of goodies awaited us to a bright home away from home.

An absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated home - so welcoming. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything in Sidney, as well as being a short drive from Victoria. A treat to stay with such thoughtful and welcoming hosts.

Just perfect!

We had a really great time with family. The place is perfect, clean and modern. Jenn was really fast to answer our questions and made sure we always had everything we needed. Neighborhood is perfect for the family with the grocery nearby. There is also a park just 5 min walk for the kids.

Perfect in every way!!! Excellent communication with Jenn. Lovely welcoming basket loaded with goodies. Gorgeous suite far exceeded my expectations. Immaculate kitchen stocked with every appliance, cookware, & dishware imaginable. Spotless nathroom with plenty of fresh towels & generous supply of personal toiletries. Bedrooms well appointed with luxury linens and comfy beds. Nice eating area off the kitchen, as well as a good size lounging area with couch to read or watch tv. Already planning our next visit

The host was fantastic!! Very communicative & quick to respond! It was very clean & a cozy space and worked for our party of 3 adults! Kitchen was well organized with all essentials & more! Very easy to find the location & very safe & secure! The decore was very welcoming with 2 very comfortable bedrooms. We will definitely recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to return. It was perfect & easy walking access for the venue we were attending! Thank you!

We loved this place, warm and welcoming.The welcome basket was a very nice touch.Everything you could need for your stay.If we get the chance my friend and I would defiantly book again.Walking distance to all shops and services.On a bus route which was really handy for going into Victoria.Loved this place and would recommend it. It is close to the airport but after the first night we didn't even hear them.If you want a great place to stay in Sidney, this is your place.Thanks so much Jenn

This is a modern beautiful suite that has all of the amenities that you would need for a home away from home stay. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen with lots of cookware, dishes, full appliances, fluffy towels, comfy seating to watch tv with lots of show options and wifi. It is meticulously maintained. Jenn is the most lovely host and has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. This location is in a very pretty neighbourhood and is walking distance to the main attractions of Sidney and several shopping areas. We loved the convenience. Thank you Jenn for a wonderful stay. We hope to get back soon.

A lovely basement suite in a great location. It’s so easy to walk everywhere! The neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The beds are great, and everything is in good working condition. Jenn was very quick to return messages.I’m a little surprised that no other renters mentioned the busy and loud airplane traffic. It wasn’t really a problem for me and my puppy, but it may bother some people and anxious pets.

There were very specific instructions for our behavior but no opportunity to clarify instructions re the pull our sofa or smart TV. No contact from the hostess as follow-up after we finally got checked in.
