The light-filled living area features soaring 4.4m ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large Smart TV with Foxtel, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to an outdoor lounge — the perfect spot to sip wine as the sun sets over the bay.

i. This property is pet friendly (small dogs only) upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families, couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Please note the front driveway has shared access with the property next door. Do not obstruct the entrance.
v. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
vi. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
