Cozy family beach house, walk to beach or laze in garden while the kids play, set in heart of lovely Old Shoreham – tranquil and tucked away, yet right near the best of the peninsula.
Charming 4 bedroom family beach house set amongst a lovely native garden with a great deck area complete with BBQ, modern outdoor dining and neighbouring fire pit area. The large backyard has plenty to occupy the kids with a large trampoline, spacious lawn and swing set, while you relax in an outdoor beanbag or the hammock.
The bathroom has been fully renovated with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen is modern and well appointed for family dining. Ideal for getaways year round with a wood stove fireplace for staying cozy on cooler nights and air conditioning plus an outdoor shower for warmer beach days.
Location:
- Walking distance to Shoreham beach, Café/General Store, tennis courts and local park.
- Only 5 min drive to Pt Leo surf beach, close to wineries (3 min drive to Montalto, 5 min to Pt Leo Estate) and 5 min drive to Flinders or Red Hill.
- Close to golf courses across the peninsula (5 min drive to Flinders).

4 Bedrooms - 1 queen + 1 queen + Bunks (2 singles) + 1 Single
