About this space
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. My brand new home is situated 7mins from town, right beside the train tracks.
the Columbia river is 50 meters away for walking, canoeing, kayaking and SUPs with rentals on site.
Down the road there is beautiful mountain bike trails.
Crown land for quads, sxs and snowmobiling.
The space
At the moment, my brand new house is set up with an upstairs living area including 1 queen size bedroom w/large closet and a new hideaway couch in the living room. Downstairs in the shop is set up with a Queenbed, and a double pullout bed. This area can be used to bring a snowmobile or two inside if needed.
Outdoor firepit is available.
Other things to note
Please know that trains will go by this location and whistle when they do. Please be mindful of the tracks close by and respect the railroad. Stay off the tracks at all times.
