Stay right on the hill at Kicking Horse!

I'm glad this guest had a pleasant experience. I would like to respond to their comment on the cleaning charge. After each guest leaves, the cleaner finishes the load that may have been started by the guest, as well as several other loads to clean all the sheets, bath towels, hot tub towels and dish towels. The sheets are put back on the bed(s). The towels are folded and put back in place for the next guest. All floors are swept and mopped. The kitchen and bathroom are carefully cleaned and sanitized. Supplies such as toiletries and paper towels are replenished as necessary. As it is difficult to attract and retain good help in this area, they are well paid and the cleaning charge paid by the guest does not even cover the actual cost of cleaning the unit. As for the parking stall, it's not particularly small but it is hard to get into. I have seen people park larger SUV's and even full size pickups there, but it's not easy. For those with larger vehicles who don't want that inconvenience, there is plenty of parking available outside. For any new prospective guests, I am happy to answer any questions they may have before they commit to booking. - Rick
