Step into a home designed for relaxation, comfort, and connection. The ground floor features an impressive entry foyer with soaring ceilings, marble tiles, and a sweeping staircase. Gather in the formal sitting room, or cook and entertain in the massive kitchen with dual sinks, a large oven, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry with a separate cold room. The formal dining room seats 12 comfortably, while casual seating around the kitchen island makes meal prep and conversation effortless.

Bedrooms:
Ground floor: 1 queen bedroom with en-suite and a powder room plus extra WC.
Upstairs: 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms (one with en-suite), and a spacious bathroom.
Master suite: Walk-in robe, en-suite with twin basins, double shower, full-size bath, twin WCs, and infrared sauna.
Four bedrooms open onto terraces with uninterrupted lake and mountain views.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Please note, there is a gap in one part of the fence near the entrance. One of the rooms and a cupboard in Lemon grove is locked for cleaners storage.

The Neighborhood:
Montville is charming hub in the Sunshine Coast hinterland and a destination for locals and tourists alike. It is vibrant during the day with speciality shops and cafes aplenty. We are surrounded by local wineries, hatted restaurants as well as casual but delicious eateries. We are also lucky to be in amongst some of Australia's most spectacular national parks, with landmarks including Kondalilla Falls, Lake Baroon and The Great Walk. The ocean is a short 30 min drive away, Noosa just 50 minutes north, with many gorgeous hinterland towns along the way.

Getting Around:
Lemon Grove is ideally located for exploring the Montville and Maleny hinterland. Most attractions are within a short drive, including Montville Village, local cafés, artisan shops, and galleries. Kondalilla Falls, Gardners Falls, and scenic walking trails are just minutes away, while Maleny’s markets, farms, and breweries are easily accessible by car. The property also makes a great base for day trips to the Sunshine Coast beaches or exploring the surrounding hinterland towns at your own pace.

Other Things to Note:
- Maximum 12 guests.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Guests are asked to respect the furniture and house rules.
- There are outside security cameras that are monitored by a security company for your safety and security.
- The pool lights and some exterior lights are off for guest and neighbour safety.
- Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
-Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
