Beautiful 1st floor Ocean Block Efficiency, that feels like a 1 bedroom. Located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach and close to everything. The main sleeping area has a Queen bed and features a beautiful new, spacious tile shower. There is a nice combination living room/ Kitchen area, with a Queen sleeper sofa. One car off street parking and a Rehoboth parking permit. Take a stroll on the boardwalk and visit all of the great shops and restaurants in town. Hop on the Jolly Trolley for a short ride to Dewey Beach for nightlife and bay sports or explore historic Lewes less than five miles north to enjoy this quaint historical town.
Living Area: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Queen Sofabed
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
