Girls Weekend

This property has a perfect location. Close to the beach and local shopping and eating. Check in/ out was very easy. Beautiful living area. Most of our time was spent on the screened in porch.

Great place to celebrate my 50th birthday!

Amy did such a wonderful job making sure everything was perfect. The condo was very spacious and we walked and biked to the beach most days. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Beautiful, quiet and clean!

Beautiful condo. Clean, quiet and convenient. Close to the beach/boardwalk and shopping and restaurants. Rental had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Special touches to ensure we had things we may have forgotten. All appliances and furniture were modern and well taken care of.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the homey feel, beachy decor, and thoughtful touches. The unit was a convenient location and the view of the pond and family friendly pool were all highlights. The unit was overall clean, but clumps of pet fur were found in multiple locations and detracted from our stay. It also would have been helpful if child outlet covers were installed.

Great Condo! Close to everything.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth. The condo was very nice and well stocked. Owner was excellent with communication and allowed us to check in early, which was awesome. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Everything was a walk, bike ride or a quick drive to get to. Felt secure in the gated community and everyone was friendly.

Second great stay

Second year visiting in July and another great trip. Condo is clean, in good condition and in a great gated community. Really appreciated the screened porch to sit and read while listening to the frogs in the pond at night. Communication with Amy is prompt.

Great location!

We loved the location of the condo. It’s beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed the screened in back porch! The host responded quickly to any communication. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay with a young child. The condo has everything you need and a great location. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back next year.

Immaculate, perfect beach condo

We had a wonderful time - this condo was spotless, perfectly appointed, a very comfortable space. The owner was very responsive, we had everything we needed and then some. The VRBO map had this on the other side of Rt. 1 (the less-desirable side), in fact it is closer to RB than the map indicates, though very close to Rt. 1. Only (minor) issue we had were the renters on the 2nd floor - very noisy, active kids who woke up very early. (Not the fault of the property owner.) Just a lovely beach condo.

Had a great little getaway with my mom. The house was clean, fresh, updated and very welcoming. Instructions and communication with arrival were complete and clear. The condo was well stocked with necessities and the location was super convenient.

Great location

We went over Easter weekend with our dogs. The community was very quiet and relaxing. It was a great location and very quick and easy to get to downtown. The condo was very clean and had a lot of accommodating items such as kitchenware, towels, dog bed, washer/dryer, etc. Amy was very responsive and we were very happy with our much needed getaway! Highly recommend!

Espectacular beach house

We had a great time. The apartments was beautifully decorated, everything clean , super stocked with all the necesities. The complex was quiet and secure and close to everything. The host was very attentive. We would definetly come back.

Wonderful property - Perfect location!

This condo was very clean, well-stocked with everything you might need, with a very responsive host. Check-in was easy and simple, and condo was lovely. The complex was perfect for walking our dog. And close to Rehoboth Ave. and the beach. Can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Lovely stay in Rehoboth Beach

This place was ADORABLE and honestly perfect for me, my brother, and his wife. The location was great. The beds were a bit firm but other than that everything was perfect. The washer/dryer was a game changer. We loved the enclosed patio and the decorations. The keurig was nice to have and my sister in law was thrilled! The little extras were greatly appreciated. Would definitely return!
