Located on the second floor (accessible by elevator), this charming condo offers a private, covered balcony perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Situated in the well-maintained Sea Club of Indian Shores complex, Casa Intercoastale is just a short walk from the pristine white sandy beach.

This condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The full kitchen features new countertops and is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils, appliances, and small appliances. The comfortable dining area seats up to four people, and the cozy leather living room set includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests.
