Lots of space but many marks on the carpets and lounges. There was tissue and wrappers on the rug (not vacuumed properly) and main ensuite not cleaned thoroughly (used soap left in the recess) and the floor sticky.Disappointing considering the price per night.

Far from clean. Lounges were stained, filthy, lolly wrappers in seats, bathrooms dirty and mould on tiles, showers glass not clean, around doors were brown, balancing of water temperature in showers, sinks was very hard to adjust and balance, lights in hall and 2 others not working, many spiders killed at least 7 and webs in house, kitchen full of ants second afternoon with no food left out. Carpets marked in all rooms and holes in walls. Marks on walls everywhere. 1 kitchen power point was not working properly and oversized clock on wall was not working. Very over priced for the very dated property. Had another property for other family a few minutes up the road and was pure luxury for the same price point. Feel very ripped off. And bridal party duly noted the difference in quality of premise. Looked much better in the pictures than in reality. Even old wall patches were very obvious. Very tired and needs upgrading to charge that much. Host was fine, location close to Gabbinbah. Beds were bareable but lounges was old and not overly comfortable. If allergies to jasmine avoid as entire house is over run by the enormous amount covering the entire side of the fence. Neither of the security screens both front and back doors could not be locked so not secure to have doors open for natural breezes. Cleaners arrived 20 minutes early before check out Not the best experience.
