This wonderful 3-bedroom cottage, situated as a separate part of a larger property, offers a unique retreat with over 100 meters of direct lakefront access. Cudgeree welcomes your family pet to join you in this dog-friendly property, featuring a fenced yard for their enjoyment.

Conveniently positioned, Cudgeree is a short walk, ride, or paddle away from the lakes entrance, local beaches, and various water recreation spots. Whether you're seeking leisure or work accommodation, this is your ideal destination. Ample private parking is available on-site for your boat or truck.

Inside, discover a fully equipped kitchen and a gem of a property that has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The back porch offers a serene setting to savor morning coffee or a BBQ dinner with friends or family, while enjoying freshly caught fish and crab against the backdrop of a sunset over the water. Aldi coffee machine and pods.

Beyond the property, make memories with family at Reddall Reserve. The Lake Foreshore bike track from Windang to Shellharbour is at your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, and shops in the village or take a short drive to major shopping centers. Have a stroll along the Warilla Beach and surrounds seawall walkway, explore the nearby par 72 championship Port Kembla Golf Course just down the road or enjoy family-friendly activities like the driving range and mini golf.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix, with a TV in the lounge room for entertainment. An air-conditioner ensures your comfort, and the fully fenced property accommodates your pets. Accommodating 7 to 8 people (a single trundle can be provided to accommodate an extra 8th guest.) The property includes a porta cot and highchair. The main bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has another queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a double bed with a single over. Great Views

Great location and pet friendly. Big private yard overlooking Lake Illawarra and the mountains. Close to shops, the pub, beaches and Restaurants. Highly recommend.

Such a great property for families, with lots of room outside for the kids to play. The kids loved that they could take a book home with them, such a thoughtful idea.

Beautiful outlook

Three generations of our family enjoyed a pleasant and relaxing stay. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. Our toddler loved the shaded garden and secure fencing ensured he was safe from the lake and the road.

Nice Coastal Getaway

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this charming lakefront property! Everything exactly as described with easy access to lake and nearby beaches. A perfect weekend away! Would definitely recommend and the group is already talking about coming back!

Magnificent Lake

Family ranging from 10 to 78yrs and dog thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful rest by the ever changing lake. Amazing bird life and very comfortable, clean and practical house. Fully fenced for pets. Thank you, will be back.

Walk to the serene lake in the morning from the living room was amazing! Lots of actitivities and the host prepared just about everything for a multigenerational travelers like ours to enjoy. Will come back!

Relaxing at the Lakehouse

We loved our stay at the Cudgeree Bay Lakehouse. The backyard offered so many opportunities to relax - the outdoor setting to enjoy eating outdoors, the hammock for relaxing, the awesome lake views and the fire pit to gather around at night. Thanks for a great stay.

Lake house getaway

So relaxing staying by the lake. The house had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Our dog loved the backyard and kids pleasantly surprised to see the video arcade player. Our 2nd stay at the Lakehouse I’m sure it won’t be our last. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

lovely holiday

spacious home with amazing view over the lake. Grand children were very well entertained, lots of outdoor and indoor games supplied. wonderful time was had by 3 generations.

Property was immaculate - beautiful view - every comfort you could want. Close to beautiful walks - lakes - beaches and an absolutely safe and dog friendly property. Our 4 legged friend loved the yard. Would love to stay again.

Loved that it was right on the lake. Loved the layout. Loved the nice touches like different flavoured coffees, teas. Kids loved the bathbombs, hammock, guitars and kayaks. Shame it rained most of the time and there is no undercover area outside to sit and enjoy the view but could still enjoy from inside. We had a great stay!

Short stay

Although we visited during some severe weather, our stay was good. The property has great views and would be very relaxing in calmer weather. The road is busy and fast paced but the house is numbered clearly so you have enough warning to pull into the driveway.

Pet friendly accommodation

Spent a lovely fortnight with my husband and two dogs. Property met all our needs and more. Secure backyard with views of the lake. A wide range of tea, coffee offerings on arrival really helped as we arrived late in the night. Close to the beach and shops. Lots of space for the dogs to run around and secure backyard. We’ll be back!

Lovely Weekend

We were a small group (5 people - a couple with a dog & couple with a teenager and a dog) and had a wonderful long weekend. The weather was glorious so the house was easily maximized. The view from the two double bed rooms and the living area is beautiful. The only issue from our end was that the third bedroom (with the bunks) is on the road side so quite noisy, although our teen slept easily!). The dogs had a great time!

Definitely would book again and added along with my accomodation list, the house itself was just beautiful inside and out, the view was just immaculate and you didn’t have to worry about cooking or travelling too far to the shops as there was cooking accessories available and the shops only 5 or 2 minutes to drive to, the instructions to check in was real simple and easy, a nice bonfire set up was provided with a big container full of logs and a big backyard to play some games with your family, it gets more active when you find a bunch of kayaks on the side of the house with fishing gear and some bait provided, communication with our host Debbie was brilliant and would respond within an hour, the house was that good my group and I didn’t want to go out on a Saturday night and wanted to use up the accommodation, once again I would definitely book here again. Thank-you very much for hosting us last weekend.

Perfect pet friendly stay

Myself, my partner and our large dog stayed at Mick & Bel’s place and had a fantastic time. The accommodation had everything we needed and was the perfect place to leave our dog in the fully fenced yard. On low tide it’s great to be able to walk straight out into the lake, the water is shallow and perfect for swimming, kayaking, or taking a stroll. I’m a little sensitive to noise, so on the first night the sound of the traffic took a bit of getting used to, but by the second night it was barely noticeable. Highly recommend.

Great quick getaway

Great little spot for local swimming and beaches. Dog beach not far away. Quick drive to Shellharbour. Kiama, Wollongong or Berry. BUT was very windy so wasn’t able to truly enjoy the yard and hammock.
