Location.
Situated on the Marina side of the island, this apartment is a short walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops on Front Street.

Views.
The apartment offers stunning views across native bushland to the turquoise Whitsunday waters.

Outdoor space.
Enjoy the views and cool sea breezes from the comfort of your covered balcony, which includes outdoor seating for six people and a family Weber BBQ.

Family-friendly.
This apartment is set over two levels - with the living space on the upper level, and the bedrooms downstairs.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
Guests have access to two pools within the Shorelines complex, as well as a shared BBQ area.

Rooms.
There are two rooms both fitted with TV's. The master suite has a king bed, and the second has a split king bed.

Extra bed.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests or children.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
