The open-plan layout continues into two distinct sitting areas: one with plush leather sofas, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, and another with an ‘L’-shaped sofa that overlooks the outdoor area and the swimming pool.

The large dining table offers ample space for family meals, and the kitchen is complemented by a conveniently located bathroom and a full-sized laundry room, ensuring that all practical needs are met.
