Osprey Island Retreat is a luxurious canal holiday home located on Osprey Island, Banksia Beach! Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the pool looking out to the canal and bush. This beautiful home is high quality and modern! Includes inground swimming pool and pontoon! 5 minute drive to shopping centre and cafes.

Osprey Island Retreat is located on Canal Frontage on Osprey Island.
It features:

2 bathrooms (including Ensuite)
Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge

Sit down and enjoy a meal at the modern 8-seater dining table while the beautiful breeze flows through the canal home! You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash for your stay, all linen is provided plus 1 towel per person plus beach towels.
The home has central air conditioning for the warm summer nights and heating for the cooler days!
Relax outside on the alfresco area, or have a swim in your own pool overlooking the canal. The home also includes a pontoon for fishing or accommodating your boat.
Located in the prestigious Pacific Harbour Residential Estate, the covenant has a minimal noise condition between 10pm to 7am.
