Totally met our needs for a long weekend stay for an event that took place at Walnut Creek Sports Complex.House was well furnished and beds were comfortable.Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.Convenient to downtown Raleigh.Would recommend for a group / family setting.

*FAMILY DISAPPOINTED IN HOST*THE REASON I GAVE THIS PROPERTY *POOR RATING* BECAUSE MY FAMILY WAS VERY HURT FROM THE EMAIL WE RECIEVED FROM THE HOST ON SATURDAY EVENING (Hi, it looks like a lot of people are coming in and out of my house. I have cameras on the front and the back. Please be respectful of my home if I see you have more than eight people staying there I will ask you to leave.And any damages will be charged immediately. Please do not damage anything in my home). We all were taken aback by the email after I spoke with the host letting them know that some family members would stop by to visit on Saturday (by that early evening everyone who was not part of the chosen eight was dismissed from the property. We got the approval for the visit. (We always had 3 vehicles in the driveway per contract). We would never dishonor a contract. Total number of people staying in the home: husband/wife, a sister/niece, two brothers, another husband/wife 8. If you look on the camera the parents had two girls, ages 9 and 11; we sent them away from the house to stay with other family members so we would not be over capacity. Our family's commitment/integrity to others means a lot to us; that is why I emailed the host days prior before entering the property. Let's not forget the neighborhood watch that set up camp with lawn chairs on Saturday watching for a couple of hours. If you plan to stay here for the weekend, it's a great place, but if you want to be on locked in/down GO 4 IT!

To maintain full transparency for future guests, our property's occupancy limits are strictly mandated and enforced by our HOA regulations, which requires attentive oversight on our part to protect both our home and our community standing. Our exterior safety cameras are used solely to ensure compliance with these neighborhood guidelines, and we never direct or coordinate with neighbors regarding guest activity. We value clear communication and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our property rules.

Good Stay

It was a good stay. Mattresses were not the cleanest. We ran out of trash bags and tissue. Also check out could be later then 10am. But the house was clean and cool. Check-in was simple and easy. The house was very accommodating with access to the community pool. Over all, my family was satisfied.
