We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our group. Just be aware that the stairs to the basement are steep. This is where the 4th bedroom and second living room are located and laundry.

The kitchen was fully equipped, with both keurig and regular coffee machines. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. House was in a good neigborhood and close to restaurants and venues. Small complaint -while all rooms had towel sets on each bed, it would have been nice to have extra towels and blankets.

The house was surface clean but once we were there you could tell it had been awhile since the floors and areas under things like tables and beds had been cleaned. What looks like a pool table and games in basement is really not. The “pool” table is small and wobbly and not playable. There is one other game item in a strange side room. The lights going down to and in most of the basement did not even works. The bath towels are SMALL and the kitchen utensils are sparse. Overall it worked because we were not there much but with a little more time and effort it could be much nicer

Great house!

House was clean. We had 6 adults and no problem with space. Lots of good meals in the kitchen/dining area.

Host was in contact on regular basis.Appliances seemed updated recently.Basement games were big hit to kids and adults. Could upgrade the bathroom towels. Drive to downtown Raleigh took about 20min.
