The space
Fairway Breeze is a second-floor condo located in the Tifton Cove neighborhood of Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. A flight of stairs leads to the front door, opening into a bright interior with an open layout, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and comfortable furnishings. Large windows and an enclosed sunroom bring in natural light while showcasing peaceful golf course views.

The living area offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day exploring the coast, while the private balcony provides a breezy spot to sit with morning coffee or enjoy the quiet surroundings of the fairways.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
Primary suite - king bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower
Second bedroom - king bed, HDTV, and a walk-in closet
Third bedroom - two twin beds with closet space
A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the additional bedrooms.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals and gather at the dining table. A coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are included, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware. Whether preparing breakfast before a round of golf or enjoying a quiet dinner indoors, the kitchen is designed for easy, everyday use.

Comfort & everyday amenities
The condo includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an HDTV, and in-unit washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, and an iron are provided for convenience. Self check-in with a keypad allows for flexible arrivals, and free parking on premises is available for two vehicles.

Community & location
Guests staying inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club have access to the shared outdoor pool available all year and the community beach access point nearby. These amenities are private to the Sawgrass community.

The quiet setting, nearby beach access, and golf course surroundings create a peaceful place to recharge while enjoying the character of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Please note: This is a second-floor condo with stairs and no elevator. Amenities within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club are limited to the community pool and beach access point only no parking at access point. Does not have a gym.
