With space for up to six guests, the condo features three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and its own TV, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer offer added convenience for longer stays or days returning from the beach.

Outdoor living
The private balcony overlooks the 3rd hole of the East Course, creating a serene vantage point for unwinding throughout the day. Whether you’re enjoying the breeze or watching golfers pass below, the setting offers a peaceful connection to the surrounding landscape. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool, available year-round within the community.

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking basics. A dining table sits nearby, offering a simple and comfortable space for meals, games, or relaxed conversations at the end of the day.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere during any season. The living area includes an TV and a dedicated workspace, providing flexibility for remote work or quiet reading time. Bathroom essentials are supplied, and safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit support a worry-free stay. Please note that this is a second-floor condo with a flight of stairs leading to the entrance.
