The main living level features an open layout designed for gathering, conversation, and taking in uninterrupted ocean views. A 60-foot oceanfront balcony extends the entire width of the home, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for relaxing with a book, watching passing pelicans, or enjoying the shifting colors of the horizon. Inside, generous seating and a Smart TV offer a comfortable place to unwind after the day’s adventures. The full kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, along with a breakfast bar and two dining tables, making it easy for groups to dine together.

Sleeping arrangements
This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels.
The third floor includes the primary king suite with its own bathroom, along with two queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath. Each room features balcony access and ocean views that greet you at sunrise.
The ground level creates a dedicated retreat for younger guests with a spacious bunk room featuring two full-over-twin bunks, pull-out trundles, a wraparound sofa, TV, and games all within the same open space. A separate king bedroom on this floor offers a quiet place to recharge. The full bathroom here provides direct access to the back deck, convenient for beach days and quick rinses after time on the sand.

Outdoor living
A newly built beachfront deck offers space to sit back with refreshing breezes and wide-open ocean views. From here, a private path leads directly to the beach, where you can stroll along the shoreline, search for shells, or enjoy a peaceful moment by the water. Beach essentials are provided for extra convenience.

Kitchen and amenities
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking basics, along with a dining table for group meals. The home also offers a washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, HDTV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Practical details
The property includes free driveway parking for three vehicles and private entrance access with self check-in via keypad. Streaming TV is available, and there is no separate media room. Shampoo is not provided.
