This stunning newly built lake house was completed in March 2025. Relax, unwind and watch the sunsets or star gaze on this tranquil lake front. Excellent warm lake for swimming, comes with 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, one open kayak.
Gorgeous hiking and biking trails and Eugenia waterfalls only 20min drive.
20 mins from Beaver Valley.
40 mins from Collingwood.
Delicious local restaurants and super markets just 10 min drive.
ATV and snowmobile trail heads are close by.
There is a small public access on the southwest corner for non-motorized boats. The peaceful waters make for excellent fishing.
Ice fishing and snow shoeing in the winter is popular on this inland lake.
Cross country skiing only 7 mins away at Glenelg Nordic Ski Club.
Outdoor skating rink only 10 min drive.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Beautifully furnished and decorated this lake house is an extension of the forest beyond the walls. The enormous windows provide an abundance of natural light allowing nature to flood in.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy 3 Season screened in porch.
Cook in the High end kitchen with stone counter tops and massive island ideal for large groups. Enjoy 2 fridges (one in kitchen and one in theatre room) for plenty of drink and food storage. Propane Napoleon BBQ available for guests.
Large Theatre/games room with a massive 100" TV, pool table/ping pong, and Simpsons arcade game. Also equipped with a large sectional sofa, that can also be used as an extra bed. Theatre room is sound proofed, so late night sound transfer does not go through the entire house.
Lots of board games and cards provided for guests.
Laundry facilities available on site.
Large outdoor fire pit surrounded by 8 Muskoka chairs. Firewood included.
Floating Dock provides 4 Muskoka chairs.

Master bedroom with king bed and 3pc private ensuite bath with Shower.
3 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed on the ground floor.
One 3 pc Bath with shower and one powder room on ground floor.

Sleeping l Rope loft with ladder access to play area in sleeping loft includes a kids couch that turns into a kids bed. Stuffed animals and books for children to play here. Sleeping loft has a TV and a full 3 pc bathroom with bath tub.
Free Wifi Internet access.
Parking - Extra wide driveway, can fit 6 vehicles tightly, tandem parking style.
Additional parking in summer months only - 2 spots tandem style on left side of lot.
No parking on street or in garage available. Single lane private road access to property.
Refundable Security Deposit Required.

Quiet Hours time - 10pm to 7am.

My family & I have been fortunate to enjoy this special place, & opening it for short-term rentals has been one of the most rewarding decisions we’ve made. It lets us share the cottage when we’re not there & invite others to experience the same joy, rest, & connection with nature that we love.
Hosting began as a way to share our cottage, but it has grown into something more meaningful. I discovered how much I enjoy welcoming guests, ensuring they feel comfortable, & helping them create lasting memories. Thanks to the success & positive experiences with our own cottage, I’ve expanded into co-hosting for others in the area, including this beautiful lake house. I now help manage additional cottages & lake houses throughout the Grey Highlands. Every property has its own unique charm, & I love helping guests find the one that feels right for their getaway.

From the moment we first visited, we were captivated by the calm waters of Irish Lake, the quiet forested roads, and the sense of stillness you just can’t find in the city 🌊🛶✨.
One of our favorite things about this neighborhood is how it makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a storybook 🌅📖. Mornings often start with the call of loons echoing across the lake, and evenings are filled with glowing sunsets and star-filled skies 🌌🦉. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck or roasting marshmallows by the firepit, it’s a place where time slows down ☕🔥.
We also love how close we are to some of Grey County’s best attractions! From here, it’s just a quick drive to Eugenia Falls, Hogg’s Falls, hiking trails, local bakeries, cider houses, and farmers markets 🍁🥾🧁. In the winter, the area transforms into a snowy playground with skiing, snowshoeing, and cozy fireplace nights ⛷️❄️.
