The bright and open layout offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands from almost every room, a signature experience from Paradise Retreats.

The outdoor space is a true retreat, featuring a hot tub, dining area, BBQ, and deck with loungers—the ultimate spot to unwind while taking in the ocean air and sights, which often include dolphins and whales!

Whether you're strolling to the beach or taking a quick drive to explore downtown or the Funk Zone, this home offers the ultimate location for your Santa Barbara experience.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Great ocean views on the cliffs of Santa Barbara. Walking and biking right out the front door great location, easy access to the best restaurants absolutely love the location.

The house is old and tired, in real need of work. The master bedroom is an addition and the doors are very old hard to operate laundry close doors, you have no door knob, it’s just old shutter type laundry doors that do not even work smoothly. The oven did not work and the living room has no window coverings which cook the house since the main windows get the afternoon sun. Since the house doesn’t have AC it’s brutally hot in a sunny day which is most of the days in beautiful Santa Barbara. The only thing we like was the view.

Beautiful view and very convenient location! The host was very responsive and accommodating as well. I really appreciated that the fridge was spotless and completely empty when we arrived. We didn't cook while there, but the kitchen seemed to have plenty of supplies. One thing to note is that the master bedroom doors are double folding doors that are kind of loud to open and close, and they did not have a latch or lock. It was very manageable for our visit with close family, but worth noting.
