Seventh Heaven Surfside features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed and ensuite. The second and third bedrooms, downstairs, share a bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while third is equipped with two bunk beds and suitable more for children.

The spacious two-story layout creates distinct living areas, a huge space upstairs and a second smaller living area downstairs. The entire villa is thoughtfully furnished, updated upstairs in 2024 with modern décor throughout the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Ducted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

The balcony offers a view of the ocean, BBQ and entertaining area.

Yallingup Beach is a renowned haven for longboarders, also attracts shortboarders, bodyboarders, and even local dolphins. There is a safe swimming lagoon, protected from the elements. Being west-facing, you’ll enjoy unforgettable sunsets!

For hiking enthusiasts, the Cape to Cape track offers scenic routes north and south, while the Wardanup Trail leads inland to the captivating Ngilgi Cave.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up - bunks have fitted sheet and doona/duvet/quilt rolled up on top. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. No smoking even outside or within the complex. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
