Great space for our furry friend; back and front yard very secure. The fire was great and wood was provided. Lots of games snd books. Very close to town and foreshore. Great early morning walk to coffee van at boat ramp. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect place to unwind. Easy walk to beach and cafes/shops. Lovely relaxed vibe and shaded back garden to sit and read or kids to play. Park the car and just relax. Pet friendly too.

The location could not have been any better, just a few minutes walk into Dunsborough and less than 10 minutes to the beach.Nice big back garden for pets or children and the property felt secure with two lots of wooden gates to enter the rear of the property.There’s only one bathroom but the shower is fantastic and toilet in a separate room to the shower and sink.Some of the furniture is a bit tired mainly the sofas and some of the beds, but it’s a great spacious house and a perfect base to explore the local attractions.

House is bright and airy, was easy to find, clear self check in details, great for our family of 4 to stay as enough space in lounge room to sit together or also have the option of separate areas with the extra lounge room upstairs. Garden was beautiful and very well maintained. Fantastic pet friendly accommodation.

Host was abrupt and not helpful. The floor tiles of the house was really dirty and had to be washed particularly in corners. The windows were dirty. The only toilet was downstairs and was grubby in corners with spiders on ceiling. The worktop in shower room was wooden and rotted. Everything needs updating. No air conditioning in downstairs bedroom. house was tired and needs some TLC

The cottage is situated in the older part of Dunsborough and within easy walking distance of the beach and town. It has been renovated and set up and equipped for families and couples with a pet friendly garden so that the guests can have a laid back, relaxing and enjoyable beachside holiday. All the available facilities and amenities are clearly set out in the promotional material on the site. The house is professionally cleaned after each stay by my long term housekeepers who are excellent and I receive a "condition of property" report after each guest departs and so I was disappointed to read your comments on the cleanliness of the cottage as you moved in on Wednesday 7th January and twelve days after your arrival on Monday 19th January I received a message from you and I quote "house is lovely and garden exceptional" - if you were dissatisfied on arrival and had reported it to me I would have sent the cleaners back in immediately to rectify any issues that you had as I am always readily available to help anyone staying at Peppermints. As an overseas guest you may not be aware that creepy crawlies can sometimes be a nuisance and fly in but every effort is made to make sure that the cottage is cleaned professionally and ready for the arrival of new guests.
