Perfect location - beautiful view The house has a lot of potential but several things need attention to detail. There were many upgrades that are very pretty, but the cleanliness was not top notch. Pillows and bed spreads need replaced. There was a lot of stains on them. Inch thick dust on the vents and the decks need power washed. Couch needs cleaned. Lots of food and trash under cushions we discovered trying to locate the welcome book that we never found. Grills were in horrible condition and could not be used. We could not get the hot tub to work. Due to storms we decided to leave a day early and upon leaving we took out 3 full trash cans of trash from previous renters. We only had 2 bags of trash from the few days we stayed. We left and remembered we had left behind an item and returned less than 45 minutes later. When we returned there were people who had already came in and “cleaned” the entire place!!! They were still there! I had not communicated that we were leaving early so I was very upset that they were there and did not check to see if we had left early before entering a house I had paid for until the next day. They reported that they watch and checked through a window and saw the beds stripped so assumed we left. Who is to say that we ran out for dinner and were coming back to still enjoy the beach before leaving? Or that we didn’t just run to the store and we’re just preparing to leave. Or my kids at the house and they just walk in!!! Don’t go here!
