We rented the Alphabet Haus in the East Village for 3 months and it was a perfect apartment for a short term rental. The location is great. There’s a deli & laundry downstairs and a grocery store across the street. The building has an elevator and the kitchen is big for a studio apartment. Stay with Vibe was also very responsive and helpful.However, we checked out a day early and emailed Stay with Vibe immediately after checking out. That night the next person who booked the apartment found me online and contacted me. They said they couldn’t allow them to check in because the current tenant (me) was refusing to leave. That is completely untrue, and in fact, we left a day early. This person had put down a payment and now they had to find another place to live last minute. The only reason I can think to lie like that is because they found someone willing to pay more? I don’t know, but it’s totally uncool to lie about us for any reason. My review still stands about the unit itself, but that is very sketchy behavior by the company.
