Also, you will be able to enjoy some of the regions famous wines in the hot tub overlooking the Swan River.

The lounge has a modern Pellet Fire that is easy to use and creates a beautiful instant heat for those cold evenings and mornings. The kitchen is set up with all the equipment you will need if you are wanting to cook up a storm with the regions local produce paired with some wines from the many local vineyards. Or if you do not feel like cooking Freycinet Marine Farm is only a 10 minute drive down the road.

The lounge room opens up onto a beautiful large deck into the back yard where you will have private views and access to the Swan River. The modern hot tub will certainly get a lot of use as it is perched up on the deck in privacy looking toward the gorgeous waters of the Swan River estuary. Entertaining outside is also a great option with a large BBQ and outdoor furniture with the hot tub only a few steps away.

Down the hall from the kitchen are two very spacious beautifully styled queen bedrooms.
