What a great family-friendly property. My kids loved the hot tub and the outdoor games (bowling, badminton). There were lots of thoughtful touches - plenty of towels, extra blankets and a very well stocked kitchen. I also very much appreciated the quick response of the hosts for a few questions that came up during our stay.

The Lucinda Group was not your average situation. Unfortunately, they brought a pet that wasn’t on the reservation and left a day early without notice. After getting back home, they mentioned that they left because our hot tub was out of service. However, It was working perfectly. After speaking with the Hot Tub professional, who services our Tub, he did go, and/fill the tub on Friday, but it was ready for them to use Friday evening. The Hot Tub guy also mentioned that they weren’t worried about the water being changed because they did not intend on using the tub. So we are pretty confused about the entire situation. We love everything to go smoothly, but this was not your average experience. They did not ask for a refund or tell us anything about the Hot Tub situation, they just left an entire day early without mention. Only to let us know after the fact when they got home, why they left. It’s really too bad because this was a non-issue and had we known, we could’ve directed them to just use the hot tub because it was working perfectly. The name of the game is communication and we did our best, but when you don’t know, there is an issue, even if it’s a complete misunderstanding, it’s really hard to solve it.

There’s a reason this is a 5 star superhost property. Exactly as described, comfortable beds and common spaces. The scenic outdoor areas added so much. Generously appointed, no skimping on cutlery, dishes, towels, TP etc. Felt well taken care of.Excellent location, walking to trailheads, bike shop, restaurants and grocery, saving a lot of time away from traffic. Communicative, prompt and honest hosts sealed the deal. I’d highly recommend staying here and would stay again. Thank you.

Good property in a convenient location!

We stayed as a family for a few days to explore Sedona. Very well located property in a quiet but easy to access neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of games and activities in the closet. Billy and Nancy made themselves readily available to help with anything we needed!

Comfortable place to gather a big family plus furry family in a great location

We had a family of 8 plus our dog children gather in Sedona for a long weekend. This house has plenty of beds and baths as well as lots of outdoor space. Great access to tons of hiking trails and town is nearby without all of the traffic. We had a great time and would recommend this place for a larger group that is looking for no frills comfort. It has everything we needed to cook and hangout with a good vibe.

We were in Sedona for a family wedding and this house was perfect location and size for our 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 9-15). We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill and Blackstone. We enjoyed playing badminton (didn't set up the net), corn hole and just relaxing on the patio. Trails for hiking were close by, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed card games and the relaxing layout inside Tiger5Ranch! The host was great with communicating and Nancy across the street was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect size for our big family!

This house was a great place for our family reunion. The spacious kitchen and large table and living area allowed for memorable family meals. The kitchen was above and beyond equipped with all we needed. We were too busy hiking and golfing to take full advantage of the outdoor kitchen and games provided. Our adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be interested in staying here again when in Sedona.

I've been curating vacation rental properties for 21 years now. I started back in LA before Vacation Renting was mainstream and have just stuck with it. It's taken me all over the world helping merge large companies in Europe and building the largest franchise network of vacation rental managers in the USA. It's been a thrill. I not only work in the space but I invest and design spaces (and host) too. It's my passion and my life's work to merge real estate, guests and design. I'm thrilled I can get a chance to host you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It's the largest piece of dirt in Grasshopper flats (best location in all of Sedona if you ask me) and I just had to have it. Over the coming years I'll add more of my heart and creative soul to this property including a sand-volleyball-pit, a pool and more. Most lots in Sedona just don't have the size to have a decent vision.... but not Tiger 5 ;).

この宿泊施設の特徴

Walk to everything. Once you get here, ditch the car! Grab a backpack for a store run at the end of the hike and you are golden. I've also the coolest neighbours around. Walk to trails, shopping and dining... It's just a super great little street just far enough away from the highway so you don't hear a thing but close enough that you can walk to bars and food and shopping. It's bliss!
