Located in one of the quieter, elevated areas of La Casa Resort, this light-filled hillside cottage offers beautiful lake views, two decks, and walkable access to the upper pool, hot tubs, hiking trails, and a resort-only beach, while still feeling tucked away from the busier parts of the community.

Designed for comfort and easy living, the three-level layout gives families and small groups space to spread out while still feeling connected. Whether you’re here for lake days, pool time, or simply slowing down, this cottage makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the Okanagan pace.

Start your mornings with coffee and lake views, spend afternoons at the pools or exploring nearby parks and wineries, and return in the evening to the covered deck for fresh air and quiet time above the lake.

The open-concept main level is bright and welcoming, with large windows that frame calming lake views. The living room features a plush sectional, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Sliding doors open onto the covered main deck, extending the living space outdoors with a BBQ, bistro seating, and comfortable lounge furniture.

The fully equipped kitchen includes black stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, island seating for four, and a dining table for six. It’s an easy space for family meals, games, and unhurried evenings together.

Upstairs, the semi-private loft offers a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a dedicated workspace with lake views. Step out onto the private upper deck for a quiet moment away from the main living area.

Sleeping arrangements

Comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 8. The base rate includes up to 6 guests, with additional guest pricing for the 7th and 8th guests. Two full bathrooms add comfort and convenience for families and small groups.

The cottage is located near the quieter upper pool and hot tub, with walking and biking trails just beyond. A short walk downhill brings you to the lower pool, hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, playground, and seasonal market. The private resort beach and marina are also within reach, offering swimming, boating, and lakeside relaxation.

Guest access

Guests access the cottage via exterior stairs along the side of the home. The rental includes the main living level and loft. The resort amenities are available to registered guests.

Important Information

• Garage access is for washer and dryer use only and is not part of the rental space
• Driveway parking is available. Limited street parking may be available nearby
• Pools and hot tubs are open from May 1 through Thanksgiving, weather permitting
• The Wibit water park is seasonal, and opening dates are weather dependent
• Mini golf putters and golf balls, as well as tennis and pickleball rackets and balls, are provided for your enjoyment during your stay.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and are subject to availability
• Guests are responsible for following all La Casa Resort rules. Any fines issued during your stay will be the responsibility of the booking guest

There are exterior security cameras located at the driveway, entrances, and at the front of the main deck facing outward toward the lake. They monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
All guests are required to complete the resort registration form prior to arrival.
