Welcome to Thundercat Ranch NOW WITH HOT TUB! A mid century decorated, light and bright ranch style (single level) home ready to be your home base. Corner lot huge fully fenced yard for pets (that ARE welcome here).

Quick walk to the Sugarloaf trailhead and enjoys great views of Thunder Mountain. Sweet place for 1 or 2 families, buddies, MTB groups, hikers, Yogi's!

Nancy my Mum sometimes lives in a complete separate guest house that is in no way connected with the main home or yard.

We are nearby to help if you need us for any local advice but otherwise we won't bother you.

Quiet, comfortable and friendly. Pride of ownership is evident here in West Sedona. It's a mix of tourists, full time residents and second homes.

We love this area due to the proximity to the trails, the kind hearts of our neighbours and the stunning views around every corner.

Pretty please do your best to blend in while you are in Sedona. It's seen a massive boom of Airbnbs and we really want to be kind and mellow to the full time residents. We live here part of the year and we truly believe in renting responsibly. If you are thinking of having a raging party this isn't the place for it. If you are looking to have an outdoor or super relaxing experience of your life, this IS the right spot. This is also a perfect place for a reunion or special event like a wellness or corporate team building retreat.

The whole house, fully fenced back yard and front yard! Tons of gated and covered parking too.

Pets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.

This location and the RED ROCK VIEWS are the best part of our space. Just a quick walk to sugarloaf trailhead and close to all things shopping and dining in West Sedona while sitting at the foot of Thunder Mountain. Now we have a hot tub in the back yard for your soaking pleasure after a long day on the trails.

The bedrooms are separated from the main living area and from each other in a way that really gives you a sense of privacy. The bunk room has it's own outdoor access and so does the corner master suite. So people can come and go as they please without passing through common areas.

As early morning risers who love to run, making a quick morning escape without waking up the whole house was something we really appreciated when we saw the layout.

The living areas are situated to take in the commanding views of Thunder Mountain. You can enjoy views both inside or outside in the oversized and fully fenced back yard.

We've decorated with mid century modern furnishings and art. It's all on one level (the bunk room has a couple of stairs down) but if you have older folks in the party or people with mobility issues the main house and bathrooms are accessed via the carport without having to go up or down stairs.

The home is generously spaced from the neighbours thanks to the spacing of the street and the large yard. We think you'll love Thundercat Ranch. We sure do!!

We don't think you need a car for daily activities since the Sugarloaf trailhead is just four blocks up the road. But having a car is nice to get to see Oak Creek Canyon and Uptown. Sugarloaf trails connect with Mt Wilson, Devils bridge and many other popular spots but the distances can get long if you want to go from the house to the attractions.

Shopping and dining are also easy: just drive or walk down the hill to the local grocery store (Bashas), or shoot over to Safeway or Whole foods just a few blocks further. Indian, mexican, subway, breakfast, starbucks and many more eating and hangout spots are also within walking distance (about 15 mins).

There's tons of parking at the house and on the street.

Neighbours are our #1 priority. If we upset the people around us, we aren't being good stewards of Sedona or our fellows that we share this wonderful town with. We ask that your priority be not only to have a great time but do it in a way that doesn't disturb the peace. Be kind, respectful and quiet. Realise that you are living with the locals and that it's "cool" to act like them too ;). Be chill, enjoy and let Sedona soak in!!
