Knights in Residence - Ocean Front Studio

Fantastic beachfront spot with a stunning panoramic ocean view towards the famous Poor Knights Islands. Brand new holiday home built down a quiet lane surrounded by lush native bush.

Down the end of a private lane, situated on a large sloping property right onto the beach. With only a few visible neighbours around, this property has such peace and quiet you can hear the birds singing all day long.
The view is breathtaking, especially with the sun rising over the water directly in front of the house which you can watch from bed!
The architecturally-designed Studio was only completed in 2018 so has all the luxury mod-coms and everything you need. A sealed driveway and carpark for 1 car enables easy access to this single-level house, however there is one set of stairs down to the house.

The ocean front Studio has 1 bedroom with a King size bed (can be split into twin singles; please request) and heatpump/air-con.

There is a sliding wall between the bedroom and open-plan kitchenette where you will find a dining table and chairs, small fridge, microwave/convection-oven, toaster & jug including complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, cereal/muesli, milk, and basic cooking oil/condiments.
Another sliding door leads to the lounge area including sofa, armchair, heatpump/air-con, and smart TV (with Freeview, Netflix, Spotify, etc).
Both sliding doors can be opened to create a large spacious and bright area, which is quite often used for Artists in Residence. Selection of artists works available for sale; please enquire.

There is a full bathroom including shower, toilet, and a separate laundry closet with washer-dryer and extra bed linen/blankets/pillows.

The house is surrounded with decking and plenty of outdoor furniture such as table & chairs and your very own outdoor shower! There is also a large shared grass area and Weber BBQ.


Please be aware the Retreat next door may be rented separately by other guests whom also have access to the outdoor bath and beach track. If you would like to also book the Retreat for extra space/guests please contact us.

The Retreat and Studio will both have access to our unique outdoor hot-water bath with wooden screens for privacy... Gorgeous spot for those romantic nights with your partner (or maybe just some 'you time').

There is a private path to the beach currently under construction, but there is a great public walkway already available off the main road. The beach itself has a black sand/pebble shore with lots of great rocks to walk or snorkel around. Even though this is a public beach, it is never overly crowded. Plenty of tree shade and there's even a small freshwater waterfall!
You will also have access to our bodyboard, snorkelling gear and beach towels.
