We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this fabulous house to celebrate an 80th birthday with family. Nothing disappointed us except when we had to leave! Everything was as good or better than anticipated. The beauty of the home, the spectacular view, and great communications with host far exceeded our expectations.

This place was the perfect beach front house! The house is spacious, bathrooms and bedrooms provided everyone enough space. It’s a quick 15mins to downtown St Augustine! The living area and sleeping areas are all separate. Plenty of space for large groups! Would book this place 100 times over!

This beautiful home was just as the pictures show. The home was clean and easy to settle in for a vacation with friends. We were on a bucket list golf trip with 3 other couples and everyone truly enjoyed the home and the amenities. Oh my goodness the ocean view, the rolling waves and sound was just hypnotic. While we did not use them, there was ample beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for a large group/family to share.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and work in the hospitality industry, and this house is among the all-around best-kept and cleanest, most well-appointed that I've booked. The owner is communicative and attentive to even small details, and you can tell everyone involved in maintaining this property puts extreme care into it. We stayed with a large group and everyone had a great experience. Amazing outdoor patio with convenient outdoor shower, and only steps down to the beach. Can't recommend enough!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Just spent my 60th birthday here with 5 other couples and this house offers everything you need and then some. So clean and you can tell the owner put a lot of effort into every detail. Will definitely be back.put

Beautiful home right on the ocean. Amazing views from every room. Tastefully decorated, very clean, comfy beds and plenty of linens. Everything we needed to cook meals for 8. Plenty of space to spread out as well as space for togetherness! Responsive host and property manager. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook.

The house is as great for my family and we really enjoyed our beach time. Very convenient and plenty of room at the house for everyone to have their own room.

Amazing view!! It is a beautiful home and well appointed. It was a great set up for days on the beach, cocktails, wine and making dinners. Living room was perfect for watching sports and playing games. We had a great time and want to visit again.

This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2023. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the beach. It is set up for a large family and the home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 30 min drive to Jacksonville
