- There is a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub that are reserved for guests ages 21+
- The outdoor bar, deck, and lounge area are open to the public after 6:00 PM at no charge
- This 3-story condo requires 6 steps for entry; the 1st floor features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, and the kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera above the front door facing the entry. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected, but it is only monitored if an issue arises

The condo was nicely appointed and the owner thought of everything. There were games, puzzles, plenty of linens and every appliance you could think of. She even provided coffee and tea. The place was clean and homey. Instructions were provided and there was even a list of local restaurants with menus. I can't wait to go back again. I highly recommend this place which could easily sleep 8 people.

We had a great long weekend at this condo. We wanted to be outside all weekend, but it rained. The unit, pool, fishing pond, and game room were awesome for two couples with young kids. The unit itself was well-equipped, and super comfortable. We'd definitely look to stay here again.

The place is very clean, we were 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10. The condo is very spacious and it could fit all of us. Enough blankets for everyone, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need for those who are looking to cook. The kids enjoyed the pools and the Jacuzzi's indoor and outdoor... we'll definitely come back again.

Clean and comfortable

We had a great stay. The location is excellent and the condo was in great shape. The layout of the upstairs loft is a little bit unusual with the sink on the side of the bedroom outside the bathroom and a curtain separating the king bed from the twin + trundle. The downstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom that are a more standard layout.

Very nice Community Center

The condo was very nice and convenient for all of us. There was more stairs to get to the condo and inside the condo then some of us expected. Parking was ok, we usually always had to park in the lower parking lot and have to walk up to the condo. Was difficult on some of my group that had coordination issues and trouble walking after a while. Not ideal for somebody if you have any handicap issues. Overall everyone in my party had a wonderful time and they do with whatever we need to. Everyone in my group is not used to stairs so it was challenging at first. We expected stairs but not as many as there was. We would do it again

Fantastic Getaway

My family and I were looking for a bigger place than we usually rent in Waterville Estates. Have been renting in the area for many years. Lori was easy to communicate with us and her home is wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Very clean and comfortable, well furnished with essentials. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Lori!!

Can’t wait to visit again!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I typically stay in hotels but found this on short notice. I stayed with myself, 9yo daughter and best friend with 2 children (9&10). It was a very easy drive from Boston, we skiied at cannon mountain and Waterville valley. Enjoyed easy rides to each (20 minutes each) , quick grocery pick up at Campton cupboard at the end of the road. The house had all of the necessities and more to cook dinners in and have family game night. *surprise bonus entertainment* Campton Mountain!!! 1 minute drive, kids did a couple extra night runs, we all had dinner, and we listened to awesome live music, with amazingly friendly service. Can’t wait to back😊🥰

End of summer stay

The condo had everything we needed. Lori responded to messages quickly. The community center access was a great perk, our daughter loved the outdoor and indoor pools. The only issue we had was the amount of spiders inside but I guess it’s to be expected in the mountains. Overall a great trip!

The condo was perfect for all 5 of us to stay comfortably! The community center was a little farther away than we thought it would be, but easy to drive right down. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable! We would definitely go back.

White Mountains Ski Vacation

Your condo was in perfect condition! Loved the cleanliness, well appointed unit, central White Mountains location, and the layout accommodated two families easily. Thank you for excellent communication. You are an A+ host. Recommendations for the area were also appreciated. Also the Waterville Estates community center with the heated indoor pool was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this condo. We'll be back.

Perfect family ski house

Our family LOVED staying here. We have 5 kids between the ages of 11 and 1, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was spacious, clean and conveniently located close to the rec center and campton mountain, which has an awesome little rope tow and ski lodge/restaurant. We skied at Waterville every day, which was a quick 10 minute car ride away. The location of the condo is in a private setting, but close to all the area amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Great value for what you are getting!

Great stay with all the amenities you could need. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable beds with plenty of storage for clothes if needed. Convenient location for many ski resorts. Lori was fantastic and very prompt with communication and answered all my questions. Check in was a breeze and the property was easy to find. If you visit in the winter make sure you have a 4wd vehicle to climb the mountain roads to access the property. Looking forward to another visit in the near future. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place!

The condo is very clean and comfy. The owner is very accommodating. We lost power during a storm, and she promptly called us to help! Great place to stay!
