Set behind ornate iron gates and a sweeping driveway lined with gums, this spacious, single-level retreat welcomes you with manicured gardens, vine-draped pergolas, and stunning views stretching over rolling vineyards and beyond.

The open-plan main living area features an L-shaped sofa inviting you to unwind with your favourite shows. Share stories and meals in the main dining space, where all guests can gather around a timber table beside a welcoming brick fireplace. The adjoining country-style kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine, making home cooking a breeze. Sliding doors extend to an undercover patio and sparkling pool, surrounded by blooming roses and lush greenery—ideal for cooling off after a day of wine tasting or simply soaking up the sunshine.

Move into the second lounge and dining area—stylish yet relaxed, with leather Chesterfields, a piano, and a foosball table that set the scene for laid-back evenings and friendly competition. All bedrooms are tucked away in the left wing of the home, offering a peaceful escape. Recharge in the primary suite, complete with a queen bed, ensuite, and direct patio access. Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged, one set with a queen bed and the others offering bunks. Bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries, and a full laundry with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.
