Escape to the heart of the Hunter Valley at Kokoon, a stylish and spacious 4-bedroom holiday home located within the prestigious Vintage Estate in Pokolbin. Perfect for family holidays, winery weekends, golfing escapes, and group getaways, Kokoon combines modern comfort with a peaceful parkland setting.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, this beautifully designed home features a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that creates the perfect space to relax, entertain, and reconnect. Large windows overlook the private swimming pool and surrounding green space, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.

Step outside to the covered alfresco area and enjoy long lunches, evening drinks, or simply unwind while watching local kangaroos graze nearby. On warm Hunter Valley days, cool off in your private in-ground pool before heading out to explore the region`s award-winning wineries, restaurants, cellar doors, and attractions, all just minutes away.

The spacious master suite features a king bed and modern ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower, while three additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation for families and groups. A separate media room provides the perfect retreat for movie nights, sporting events, or relaxing after a day of wine tasting or golf.

Kokoon is also pet-friendly, welcoming up to two small breed dogs (fees apply), so the whole family can enjoy a memorable Hunter Valley escape together.

Whether you`re visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, Kokoon offers the perfect base to experience everything the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Great location to restaurants, golf course, wineries and day spa. The bedrooms were a bit small and the photos make them look a lot bigger. Everything supplied that we needed. Great heating. I would stay again.

We loved our stay at Kokoon. The property was immaculately maintained, beautifully furnished and was in a gorgeous peaceful setting whilst being close to all wineries and amenities. Our pampered pooch was also able to stay with us.

A great weekend away

This was a beautiful property in a great location, exactly as listed. The property management was a bit over the top with their reminders to familiarise ourselves with the code of conduct - six times to be exact. We received three separate emails plus a face to face reminder on check in, followed by another email and a hard copy left in the property. 🙄

Absolutely Beautiful House

This was probably the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed at through Stayz. There's absolutely nothing to fault - it's such a beautiful house, in a nice quiet spot and close enough to a fair few vineyards. The house had everything we could possibly have needed. The fireplace was an unexpected but welcome addition even though the place was perfectly insulated and needed little heating assistance. The pool was (naturally) cold but still a great size and good fun. Not much more to say other than we can't wait to come back!
