The Jacob loft is found in the city of Stratford located in the historic Bradshaw Building just steps to downtown. The condo is a modern, spacious, fully equipped top floor unit. The 471 sq feet includes high ceilings, exposed brick and has 1 bedroom, an open space living room with a cabinet murphy bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom. The loft is comfortable and bright and a blend of modern living with rustic character. Ideal for couples, business travel, families or a small group of friends. The Condo is just a few minute walk from the Avon Theatre and less than a 20 minute walk to the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. Located near many excellent restaurants and sits above the Brch & Wyn where you can drop in for delicious coffee, pastries, light meals and wine.

We couldn't have been happier staying at Kelly's place. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and even had parking. There were so many nice touches like milk for the coffee. Thanks for making our visit so special.

A beautiful property conveniently situated within walking distance of Stratford's downtown. We loved that everything was provided for a comfortable stay, right down to the mint smoothie bars to welcome us! The beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom full of fluffy towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do some light cooking during our stay. Thank you so much Kelley & Shane!

Kelly made the experience very touching.She had chocolates and popcorn for us. Room had all supplies for kitchen, dishwasher, laundry. Room had plenty of linens and was clean. Access details and everything was provided by her for us to check in easily and also accommodated the request for late check-out. Thank you, Kelly. Will recommend others and will look forward for next visit.

This property has such a nice charm to it! I love the rustic-modern appeal to it. It’s on the smaller side but that makes it super cozy! It’s laid out in a really brilliant way where you have everything yet don’t feel cramped. I would love to come back one day

Fantastic for your home base

We came to see several plays over a couple of days, and this was a perfect home base: there's a cafe/bar that closes at 8 in the basement of the building, the apartment itself is really lovely and comfortable, and it's a few blocks away from the downtown (ie, it's quiet, because it's not over a pub or the downtown streets). We will be back!

5 stars – Perfect Loft Stay in the Heart of Theatre Town!

We had an amazing stay at this charming loft! Kelley was a great host, responsive and attentive. The location couldn't be better - just a short walk to the theatre, restaurants, bars, cafes, and boutiques. It made exploring so easy and enjoyable.The loft itself was spotless, stylish, and spacious. The high ceilings, comfy bed, and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home.Highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway, weekend escape, or anyone looking to soak up the best of theatre town living. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We were 2 senior women in town to enjoy the Stratford festival and a dinner in town. The location was outstanding with a beautiful in l cafe below the lofts. The loft itself was as pictured, stylish, immaculate and well stocked with the essentials. We loved our stay!!
