The owner/property manager only communicated with me once two months prior to my reservation. I had to reach out multiple times to the property manager for check-in instructions and the lock codes and only received them 5 hours before our check in time. We never received WiFi codes for our entire stay and there were no coffee filters available for the coffee maker. Additionally, a toilet clogged on the last day, but we could not get any assistance. Finally, the bed frame prevents the bathroom door from closing in the second bedroom. The property was great, but I would never recommend it due to the aforementioned issues.

Had a great 2 night stay in this beautiful apartment. We parked when we got there and never touched the car again....we walked every where. Great location. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Can't wait to go back next year! Brendan was great with communication and suggested some great places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bradford Lofts: The Penthouse. The space was amazing and had all the amenities needed for a stay. The location is great…close to the theatres, restaurants and shopping. Communication was top notch. Brendan was very quick with responses to our questions. We would definitely stay here again when in Stratford.

Wonderful loft to stay at. The style and artwork are fantastic. The owners did such a good job curating a variety of books. Very impressive selection.High quality workmanship. Great kitchen and lighting. Excellent bedding and blankets. comfortable furniture.Clear and detailed opening and closing instructions are appreciated.
