My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The host was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The location was convenient, close to everything I needed during my visit. Check-in was quick, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay

We spent five nights at this property while my son attended a hockey academy, and overall we had a great experience, especially for the price.Akin was a wonderful host. He was kind, friendly, and always willing to help if we had any questions.A couple of things future guests may want to know: if you’re someone who gets cold easily, I’d recommend bringing a sweater and slippers. The space was a little cool at times, but I hadn’t packed any warm clothes, so that’s more on me than the property.If you plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is better suited for light meals. It has a hot plate, microwave, and a small bar fridge, which worked well for soup, sandwiches, and simple meals. I knew this before booking, so we planned to eat out for most of our meals.The biggest takeaway from our stay was how safe and welcome we felt. The neighbourhood felt very safe, and while the host family gave us plenty of privacy, they were always available if we needed anything.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place that offers good value for the price, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The suite is in the basement which only had one very small window. Which made me nervous as this would have been my only escape in case of emergency. The bathroom had no heat which made showering uncomfortable. No coffee maker. Lots of big pots and pans and only a small electric element. There were glade scent infusers in every socket which made air quality almost toxic. The sheets and bedding were of extremely poor quality. The sheets did not fit the mattress and kept sliding off the mattress during sleep. Akim, my host was very nice and friendly and was always quick to respond.
