Very old house with original wood flooring, with squeaks & all. House tastefully & modernly decorated. Had all amenities you could need in the kitchen & bathrooms. They had even left a welcome basket on the island in the kitchen. Only drawback: had nice stoneware dishes & cups but these had gold trimming so they could not go in the microwave if you want to heat up your food or beverage. Enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend.

Great to be back

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this beautiful heritage home in Brandon in less than a year. We were grateful for the air conditioning during the extremely hot weather. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group. Comfortable beds, nice linens, large dining room and living room.

Highly recommend this place for a family getaway in Brandon. Great location, close to BU Athletic Living Center.

Watched our son playing volleyball and stayed with another couple. Easy walking to groceries and restaurants. Perfect house to sit and relax. Charming

The Big house

The only issue we had was no main floor bed. As my husband uses a cane using stairs was a struggle. But he managed.

Lovely stay in Brandon

Beautiful historic home with four bedrooms. Comfortable beds, great linens, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room table with lots of seating, nice deck with a barbecue. We would definitely be interested in staying here again.

Celebrate 90th birthday

Thank you for renting your house to us. It met our 3 day travel stay in Brandon. The house was ready for us when we arrived. It was clean and welcoming. The dining room table was great, as there were 6 of us and then we had 2 more people in, for a couple days and it seated us very well. The disappointments were the descriptions were miss leading As it is not does not have 2 bathrooms but one full bathroom downstairs and a small half bathroom upstairs. Also a description of the size of beds would be nice. The lock on front door was hard to see and very slow in opening. All the white steps can be very dangerous as are the steps outside in the dark. A mirror in each bedroom would make sharing the bathrooms better. Some hand towels would be a great asset. We packed fairly light and were almost there from the states when we received the notice that no street shoes were allowed in the house. Also we did not receive the leaving instructions until after we left, cause we left early that morning. We were blessed with some fantastic weather so we enjoyed the outside patio and chairs. It was a great visit. Thank you for letting us enjoy our stay. God Bless you TO-DO

The house is a historical home nicely fixed up ,kitchen is nice and the dining area can comfortably sit 8 people ,the living room very comfortable the bedrooms are small but very comfortable beds half bath up stairs is nice ,full bathroom down stairs is nicely finished and shower is good , there is a nice deck at rear of house with a bbq, I would recommend house too others

Huge house - would come again!

Great place to stay, close to all amenities, there are many bedrooms with several beds, everything you need for a weekend Stay. Hosts were very easy to contact and communicate with. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Clean and Cozy

The house met all of our needs for our short stay. Everything we could need was provided and the communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. While the location was convenient, the surroundings were less desirable.
