Featured amenities include a spacious open concept living, central air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 6 TVs, 2 DVDs, WiFi, and gas grill. Enjoy your morning coffee with family and friends sitting out on the charming back deck featuring a hot tub! The Salt Pond has a community recreation center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, pickle ball courts, plus a children's play area. The kids will love the catch and release fishing ponds! Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond!! Golf green fees are separate. Just the perfect place to recharge, relax and make those special family vacation memories. $150 Community Fee Per Week.
