Whether you are a Beach person or a Bay person this is the perfect spot for you! Choosing to stay at the Nolan's this year really allowed us to appreciate another side of Bethany Beach that we don't normally see. We loved it's close proximity to the beach allowing us to walk down for a sunrise stroll and using the parking passes was so convenient to bring down our chairs and boogie boards later in the day, but being right on the canal took our typical beach week to the next level. My favorite part was enjoying beautiful sunset dinners in the backyard. As we prepared dinner, we took turns canoeing down to the bay, the kids would drop in their fishing lines, or we would just relax on the Adirondack Chairs and take in the wildlife or wave to neighbors boating, kayaking and paddle boarding by. The home was beautifully renovated and provided a variety of spaces for groups to gather. The kids quickly claimed the middle room as "their space" and the new high top table was the perfect spot to play board games while the sliders really contained the noise. The screened in porch was also a favorite spot to play cards or sit with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves crashing on the beach (yes, it's that close!) The house was stocked with plenty of amenities to make your trip complete including books, puzzles, board games, bikes, a grill, life vests, and crab traps. It's conveniently located within walking distance to shops, pizza, and a new Donut Truck,YUM!
