Welcome to our 4BR + nursery/den modern farmhouse located at Predator Ridge, the perfect retreat for families and entertaining.

This beautifully designed home features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and cozy bedrooms.

The open concept design makes it easy to gather together and enjoy each other's company, while the large outdoor patio offers breathtaking views of the surrounding golf course.

The Space

As soon as you step through the front door, you'll be struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere of our home. With modern furnishings and charming farmhouse touches throughout, you'll feel right at home in no time.

Our spacious living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful Okanagan region. Sink into the comfortable couches and enjoy the view of the fairway right outside your window. The open-concept design of the main floor ensures that everyone can spend time together, whether you're cooking up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen or enjoying a meal at the large dining table.

Upstairs, you'll find two lovely bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The primary suite features a luxurious king-sized bed and stunning views of the golf course. The other bedrooms are just as comfortable, with plush linens and plenty of storage space.

Outdoors, our spacious deck is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Take in the gorgeous fairway views and soak up the sunshine in this peaceful setting.

Our home is located in the highly sought-after Predator Ridge community, with plenty of amenities and activities right at your fingertips. From golfing to hiking to wine tasting, there's something for everyone here.

In the winter there is cross-county skiing and snowshoeing, and now heli-skiing as Predator Ridge has just become the winter base for Kingfisher Heli. There is also a shuttle to take guests to and from SilverStar Mountain Resort for a day of downhill skiing or snowboarding.

Out host was very responsive to a couple of concerns we had and was committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. It was clean even though the previous guests were apparently less than responsible. We were all adults but there was a good room where kids could sleep.

Beautiful home and exactly as pictured. We would have preferred a bigger coffeemaker or a Keurig, especially since this home can accommodate a large group of people! The coffeemaker was very small, but everything else was lovely.

Overall fantastic stay and a great location! The house itself is beautiful and has great views with a good sized outdoor area/patio. Parking was ample with both the inside of the garage able to fit 2 vehicles and a driveway. The neighbours are a very sweet retired couple (great for security!) and everyone on Predator Ridge is very welcoming. There are numerous walking and biking trails nearby and of course the two world class golf courses at your doorstep. Pristine Okanagan beaches were within 10 min’ drive. We had almost everything we needed for two couples, 2 infants and a dog. I’d only feedback that an electric kettle would be a good addition to the kitchen and a couple of minor plumbing issues needed sorting. Would definitely return and highly recommend this property!

Well appointed spacious house with great patio

A group of us (all "older" adults) came to the area to ride bikes and relax. This house was amazing. We will rent it again in a flash. Clean and well appointed. Great communication too. It had a spacious upper/ main level with king bedroom/bath, a queen BR, bath, kitchen, LR, patio. It also has another sofa/Tv area in the lower level with walkout, and queen bedroom and bunk room & baths. Top it off with a double garage and a huge driveway. (There was a crib room upstairs too, which we didn't use). So much space. This choice was perfect for us, lucky choice amongst many offerings in the area.
