Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home. The kitchen is private and for guest use only, located on the same level as the living room. The kitchen is positioned along a shared access walkway, which the host may occasionally use to reach the back entrance of the home. A lockable privacy door separates the kitchen from the living room, ensuring full privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay. This setup does not interfere with your privacy or use of the space.

A lush backyard with a deck and BBQ grill is available for guest use and provides a great place to relax or enjoy warmer days. Please note that the deck is not private.

The host resides in a separate, private section of the basement and is available if needed, while fully respecting guest privacy at all times.

Located in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood, the home offers free street parking, easy access to local amenities, and quick connections to major destinations.

2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

4. Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests will be charged $50 per person per night
5. No smoking or vaping indoors. A $200 fine will apply
6. Please clean up after using the kitchen or BBQ
7. No pets (to accommodate guests with allergies)
8. Please lock doors when leaving the property
9. Be respectful to other guests and the host
10. Washer/dryer available for stays of 5 nights or longer, upon request
11. Decorations may not be removed or damaged. Furniture must not be moved. Damage charges will apply
